American and European steel mills raise the prices of steel materials

The Global macroeconomy is still in the downturn period, weakness of demand for the downstream industry, but because of the increase of cost, under the operating pressure, the steel mills of America and Europea raise the price of steel material one by one recently, it is still under observation whether it can make the rising of the market or not.
